More than 50 MPs who missed Netanyahu’s speech to the US Congress

Jul 25 (Jowhar.com) – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who gave a speech to the US Congress on Wednesday, strongly defended his government’s war in Gaza, vowing to continue the war against it. Hamas, while he has won a final victory, and is repatriating the hostages in Gaza.

He blamed Hamas for the continuation of the 10-month-old war in Gaza. He attacked Iran and accused it of funding Hamas, Hezbollah in Lebanon and Yemen’s Houthis.

He also condemned the American demonstrators who have been protesting recently in the campuses of American universities, which he described as “idiots that have helped Iran” and are helping Israel’s enemies.

Netanyahu’s speech to the US Congress was attended by more than 50 members of the Democratic Party of Congress.

During the speech, there were also demonstrations not far from the Congressional Center on Capitol Hill, attended by thousands of people against the war in Gaza.

The police sprayed tear gas on some of the demonstrators who wanted to march outside the Congress center, but the police refused.

The crowd shouted anti-Netanyahu slogans and pro-Palestine slogans, saying “Palestine should be free.”

Since the beginning of Israel’s war in Gaza, it has killed nearly 40 thousand Palestinians, mostly women and children.
