Fighting outbreak in northern Mogadishu Somalia

Mogadishu-(Jowhar.com) Occasional clashes are taking place at the Sana’a junction, between the military forces that entered Mogadishu this morning and the security forces called Duufan.

Firearms can still be heard at the Sana’a junction as residents of nearby areas are panicking.

Relocation has begun in some neighborhoods as people flee their homes to escape the shot.

The accidents are unknown but there are fears that it may intensify.

Heavy fighting broke out in the Abdulaziz district and people were looking for a place to escape

Heavy fighting is raging in the Abdulaziz district, especially in the area where President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud and Sharif Sheikh Ahmed live.

The fighting is reported to have taken place on the outskirts of Kismayo, the capital of the Lower Jubba region of southern Somalia.

The shot was heard from afar, with no injuries reported.
