How the French military is training for ‘high-intensity’ conflict

France’s new military programming law will increase the country’s defense budget to 2 percent of GDP by 2025. It is an investment in the modernization of equipment, but also in the training of soldiers. The aim is to train soldiers to face an army at least as well equipped as France’s in a context of global rearmament.
