After a long investigation, the QS Military Prosecution Office requested the removal of these cases, after various sessions, the Court of First Instance issued different judgments in this case on April 6 this year, but the judges appealed the judgments.
The Supreme Court of the Armed Forces, which accepted the appeal request made by the convicts on the tenth of this month, gave enough time to the parties in the case, finally issuing a verdict in this case today.
1- Ex Cap. Abdifatah Mohamed Hassan Qoslaye and 2- Ex Cap-Mohamed Abdi Mohamed Qone, was sentenced to death by the High Court of the military for the murder of the late Abukar Ahmed Kabah.
3- Liban Mohamed Ahmed, who is absent, was sentenced to life imprisonment, while 4- Mohamed Adawe Ali, 5- Yasin Abdi Jama and 6- Hassan Mohamed Said [Dhin-Dhin] were sentenced by the Supreme Court to seven years in prison. military.
