Jul 25 (Jowhar.com) – The Council of Ministers of the Federal Republic of Somalia, which held its weekly meeting today, has approved the Accounts of Government Institutions for the financial year 2023, which describes in detail the process used and the different procedures. He passed the audit.
The Council meeting chaired by the Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Mr. Hamsa Abdi Barre, also passed a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Fisheries and the Blue Economy and the Abu Dhabi Ports Group.
The Council of Ministers heard a report about the fighting that took place in Luuq District early this July from the Minister of State for the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change who was one of the delegation sent by the government there, while the DanQaran government with the help of the Jubbaland regional government succeeded in a ceasefire and to resolve the problem through dialogue.
The council heard reports from the Ministries of Internal Security and Defense related to the general security of the country and the war to eliminate the Khawarij groups in some regions, and the council praised the achievements of the army in eliminating terrorists.
