In this edition, 240 prisoners are on the run in Nigeria after a major jailbreak, the second this year. In addition, the UN will publish a joint investigation with the Ethiopian Human Rights Commission into the abuses reported during the conflict in Tigray, but it will not cover some of the most serious atrocity allegations. And the rivers of Kenya have hooked the few who know. Fly fishing is not a great hobby in the country, but Kenya’s experience is behind the production of a large percentage of European lures.
