NISA Says It Killed Al Shabaab Man Collecting Funds in Mogadishu.
Jun. 02 (Jowhar.com) – The army of the National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) said that they shot the Al-Shabaab leader in charge of collecting money from traders in Mogadishu.
As NISA said in a statement released by the government media, the man was shot on the outskirts of Afgoye district in the Lower Shabelle region.
This leader, who was named Ali Raaxo, was the representative of Al-Shabaab to secretly extort money from the businessmen and the people of Mogadishu, while threatening the people of the city by phone.
Among the places he used to call people as hideouts are the areas of Garas-Gawaan, Gandarshe, Lafoole water wells to Galka Salimow.
