PM Roble: File a Case The appointment of a court of inquiry is unconstitutional

Prime Minister Roble warned against any attempt to mislead the Judiciary, instructing Army Commanders to refrain from any action that could damage the Army’s reputation and undermine public confidence.

“Applying to a court of law to appoint a commission of inquiry is against the Constitution and the laws of the land, and it is not right for a member body to be part of the investigation into the case.”
