Alessi and Majchrzak topped the public vote ahead of Kavan Murphy and Jasmine Muller, who finished second on the ITV reality dating show. Simba Kudyiwa and Angelista Gunda took third place.

Alongside the title, the winners collected the show’s £50,000 prize, set to be split equally between them.
Alessi looked stunned when the result was announced, breaking into laughter as he blurted out: “What the hell?”
Speaking to presenter Maya Jama, Majchrzak thanked viewers and reflected on how unlikely the moment once seemed.
She said: “I would just love to say thank you to everyone.
“I didn’t think that coming into Casa [Amor, the show’s rival villa], I would be stood here. It’s crazy.”
Asked what they planned to do with the money, Majchrzak added: “I want him to move in with me.”

Earlier in the final, Yasmin Hadlow and Tommy Stagg became the last pair to be dumped from the villa after the decision was made by fellow contestants Mica Harris and Samraj Toor.

The closing episode also revisited one of the season’s most talked-about moments, as Priya Talya Jaswal apologised to Elicia Bailey following a backlash over remarks that were widely described as “job-shaming”.
In earlier episodes, Jaswal had been shown a clip of Bailey discussing her relationship with Aiden Murphy on Love Island’s companion programme, Aftersun, where Bailey said Jaswal was a “game player”.
After the footage was played, Jaswal reacted by saying: “It’s really sad seeing someone so bitter.”
She later added: “I don’t care what Elicia says. I don’t care it’s cringey, go back to the National Rail, Elicia! You work on the National Rail, why are you f****** sitting on Aftersun?
“Just go back there and save your breath.”
The exchange spread online, prompting criticism from some social media users over her comments about Bailey’s work.
During the final, Jaswal addressed the incident directly, telling Bailey: “I do want to apologise about the National Rail comment. It was obviously not meant to be a job-shaming comment.
“I was telling you to go back to your day job and kind of keep my name out of your mouth. That was where I was coming from.
“It’s nothing to do with where you work.”
Bailey said she accepted the apology and defended her profession, responding: “I feel like a few years back I’d have probably reacted the same way, sort of shouting and going about that. So, I sort of understand the reaction.
“I’m proud of my job and I work my a** off. There’s no hard feelings and she’s an amazing person.”
